You can sign into Protobi using your email or with Google. Your Protobi account is automatically created when you first sign in. We use your email address to identify your account, identify your assigned projects, and to contact you.

## Sign in by email

Enter your email address and you will receive an email with a one-time sign-in link and a login token. Press on that link (or copy it into your browser) and you will be signed in for one week or until you sign out. An alternative is to enter the token into the login page to sign in.

Our sign in system is like "Forgot My Password" but simpler in that there is no password step.

## Sign in with Google

Use one-press sign in with Google. Sign in with Google works for Gmail and Google Apps for Business email addresses.

Using single sign in with known providers is simple as these services authenticate you and verify your email address to us. We see only your email address and name (not your password, documents, contacts, or other private data).

For enterprise projects, Protobi can integrate with your firm's preferred OAuth provider(s) such as CAS and Okta.
