## Recoding N/A Values

If you need to change some values to N/A so that they can remove them from calculation of percentages or means, you can use the recoding tool to code values.

Within the recoding tool, \[NA\] is used to represent the blank or #N/A values

In JSON, it would be represented as "" (as in two double quotes representing blank values.). For example, if we want to code the value 99 to #N/A, you can do:

"reformat": {
        "99": ""
    }
```
