## 1\. Learn Protobi yourself

We recommend you go through self-training at least in the area you would like to train others on. If you want to train others to be viewers, you yourself should review [View](/_categories/86084) topics. See [Learning with Protobi tutorials](/new-to-protobi/introduction-to-our-tutorials) for the topic lists.

## 2\. Go through the Protobi demo project

We have a demo project available for training purposes. Go to "My projects," under "Projects shared with me" you should see a project named "Protobi training." Not only is this a good self-learning resource, but you can also incorporate the demo project when training others.

## 3\. Develop training Materials

Choose the Protobi features, functions, or tutorial category you would like to focus your training on. We have our standard training aides, a [shortcuts cheat sheet](/new-to-protobi/shortcuts-cheat-sheet) and a [quick-start PowerPoint deck](/new-to-protobi/quick-start-powerpoint-tutorial). However, these documents may not be ideal for your specific training needs. We are happy to work with you to create customized training collateral that you can incorporate into your training plan.

## 4\. Run a design work session

If you're interested in becoming a Protobi trainer, you are probably familiar with work sessions lead by a Protobi team member. We run screen share work sessions with users in order to walk through the app and any questions that come up, together. As a Protobi user who is interested in leading a training initiative, being able to run design work sessions yourself gives you more control over learning objectives.

Protobi support is available to join in on your work sessions, and provide as much or as little input as you like.

## 5\. Introduce a new user

When you're ready, introduce someone to Protobi!
