I am unable to save changes to my project

Answer

If you are unable to save changes to your project, it is likely you were signed out of Protobi. Signing back into Protobi should allow you to save changes again. Without closing the open project, open a new tab and go to https://app.protobi.com/login. See sign into Protobi


I am unable to drag and drop in Internet Explorer

Users have reported being unable to drag and drop when using Microsoft Internet Explorer. 

Answer

This is a known issue with Internet Explorer and users have reported success resolving it by either:

  • rebooting the computer
  • right-press on any file, hold the mouse button down and hit the Esc key

If this issue persists, please contact support@protobi.com or try using Chrome.


I see a "Not Secure" browser alert when I visit protobi.com 


If you see a warning the that site is not secure, click on the warning. You will likely see a site certificate issue. 

Answer

Try clearing the SSL cache on your browser and on your machine. If you're still experiencing issues, please contact support@protobi.com with a screenshot of the error.
